Hello! I’m Brenda, I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in low-carb and ketogenic diets.

Before I specialized in low-carb nutrition, I spent years suffering from health issues like eczema, IBS, and joint pain. It wasn’t until I found low-carb that things truly shifted. My skin cleared, gut healed, pain went away — and I finally felt like myself again.
That transformation showed me what’s possible. Now I help others use food as medicine. I work virtually with clients across Alberta, offering 1:1 coaching as well as a structured 6-week programs to guide you step by step.
